This year I decided to help organize a con. I was the Media Track Head for Penguicon 2016. I helped organize and schedule about 20 hours of programing and was a panelist on several panels. Somehow I still made time to make a video.

Review: Piece of Sky, a Retelling of Chicken Little
I find myself quoting this book to my chicken loving friends and recommending it to them. This retelling of Chicken Little is very cute. It is however full of filler. The actions the characters take I question due to their established characters. The action is also semi-hard to follow at parts.
There is also a repeating plot point that would be cute if this was shorter and meant more for children . . . but it isn’t.
This book is meant for young women, as a 33 yr old man, I did enjoy. However I would not buy it for myself.

Moonlight Book Review
I reviewed another Ann Haunter book. I agreed to review 3, this is the second. I am doing these honest reviews in exchange for free copies of the e-books. I should have passed or asked for cash.
I pretty much say everything I have to say in this video. My button line thoughts are:
The action is hard to follow, it seems like there were after thoughts.
The characters are not relatable.
The book should have ended half way through, there was a lot of filler.
